  • Device Formatting
    Restoring or formatting your device means all files and data (like documents, pictures, and software) will be permanently erased. Please ensure your data is backed up beforehand. If you’d like, we can help with data backups—just ask us about this service!
  • Data Responsibility
    It’s important to back up your files before we begin work. We’re happy to guide you through the process or handle it for you. However, F5 Tech Services cannot be held responsible for any loss of data or disruption caused during or after the service.
  • What We Need From You
    To ensure a smooth process, please provide any recovery/operating system disks, passwords, or software licenses required for the service.
  • Warranty and Privacy
    If we buy out any defective hardware under an extended warranty, rest assured that we’ll recycle or dispose of it responsibly to protect your privacy.
  • Refunds
    Service labour fees and purchased software are non-refundable. However, defective parts or softwares will be replaced with a working version of the same product.
  • Ownership Confirmation
    By bringing your device to us, you confirm that you’re the owner or have the authority to decide its servicing.
  • Authorization
    You authorize us to install or uninstall software and agree to any necessary end-user license agreements on your behalf as part of the service.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality service but can’t guarantee protection from all risks. For this reason:

  • F5 Tech Services is not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, or incidental) that may arise during or after the service. This includes but isn’t limited to loss of business, emotional distress, or hardware damage.

  • Our liability, if applicable, is limited to the price of the service provided.
